1. Agreement to Terms

By utilizing the Growvvio Checkout Verify service (the "Service") on shrikaa.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is operated by Growvvio Digital under vendor agreement with the store merchant, Shrikaa (Prayosham Creations LLP).

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the verification Service or place verified orders on the merchant site.

2. OTP Verification & Transaction Communications

When checkouts are initiated, the Service transmits a transactional SMS containing a verification code to the customer-supplied mobile number.

• You consent to receive transactional SMS alerts required to authorize and complete order checkouts.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your telecommunications carrier network plan.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current mobile contact details. Using virtual numbers or unauthorized devices is prohibited.

3. Platform Services and Merchants

Growvvio Digital provides software tools to authenticate order intent. The merchant, Shrikaa (Prayosham Creations LLP), is solely responsible for inventory management, product manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics, custom sizing, and physical order delivery.

Growvvio Digital accepts no liability for disputes arising from defective products, shipping delays, or incorrect order processing handled by Shrikaa.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases made on shrikaa.com are subject to Shrikaa's Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• No return or exchange for color change: Returns or exchanges for color preference or color change are strictly not accepted.
• No return for sizes: Returns for sizing issues are strictly not accepted. Please refer to our size guide prior to placing an order.

5. Payment Processing and Gateway Compliance

Payments authorized through our verification service are processed through secure integration with Razorpay. By submitting payment info, you authorize Razorpay to process fees, taxes, and related transactions. Growvvio Digital does not collect or store credit card numbers or private credentials on our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All core technologies, design templates, layouts, branding assets, database configurations, and code associated with the Growvvio Checkout Verify service are the exclusive property of Growvvio Digital. You may not copy, extract, reverse engineer, or redistribute our assets without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growvvio Digital and Shrikaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
